To make an appointment, just give us a call. Prescriptions can be requested using the form below.

Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Monday – Thursday 1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Notice: This forms are only available for ordering prescriptions or new patient registration. Appointment requests or queries cannot be answered via these forms. Please contact us by telephone in these cases.

      If an appointment is made and you do not keep the appointment without canceling it 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50 EUR.
